Product Manager

Krystal Digital is seeking a resourceful candidate to oversee the company’s product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing products and lead the development of new ones. Responsibilities include developing a clear product strategy aligned with company objectives, managing product roadmaps, conducting market research, and ensuring the successful launch and management of company products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and create a clear product strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members, product developers, and software engineers.
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps.
  • Manage comprehensive documentation for all company products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Define and manage product requirements, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to ensure product success.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design teams, and other departments to drive technical and business goals.
  • Oversee products from ideation to documentation, process, and launch phases.
  • Gather feedback from clients and track product performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Educational Requirement

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant training and certifications are highly desirable.

Technical and Essential Skills
  • 4-5 years’ experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and project management tools.
  • Technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering and design teams.
Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
